Service and consulting are top priorities at ALLVAC. This includes very different services: From feasibility studies, tests, consulting by our telephone support, training courses to recommendations for project implementation from our in-house application technology centre and laboratory - this abundance proves our conviction that service and consulting place a considerable influence on our customers’ purchase decision. For this reason, both service and consulting are ALLVAC’s calling cards for its customers.
Customer requirements are examined and implemented
In the beginning there is usually a particular task designated by the customer which requires the appropriate solution. In most cases, the customer already has corresponding conceptions which can then be examined and implemented by us.
Firstly, the customer speaks with one of our sales consultants to jointly develop proposals as to which composite film is suitable for the task at hand. Sample packaging is then produced in our application technology centre and tested in our laboratory in order to demonstrate the new packaging’s design and functions to the customer. The interaction with the goods to be packaged, for example with food, is examined in our laboratory at the same time. A further advantage is that a small sample line makes it possible to carry out small market studies on this basis. This involves investigating how the packaging is received by the consumer.
