Printing processes provide barrier films with information

Packaging made of composite films protect products from spoilage and make them safe for transportation. The films applied also provide information about the origin of the products, their names and composition as well as about the manufacturer or distributor. ALLVAC offers three different printing processes for its barrier films: Flexo print, imprint and interlayer print.

The printing processes of ALLVAC in an overview:

Flexo print:
Flexo printing can be used to perfectly design medium-sized film batches with up to ten colours – on surfaces or as interlayer print.

Imprint:
The imprint method is used to apply simple markings and motifs with up to six colours to your flexible ALLVAC barrier films. It is ideal for printing your company logo or simple information onto the film surface.

Interlayer print:
Interlayer printing combines numerous advantages. In so-called sandwich-printing, the design, logo or characteristics are embedded between two or more film layers and thus protected from abrasion and scratches.
